- Shell’s Wells Digital and Performance Improvement Journey: John Boyd shared how Shell utilizes Corva’s platform to improve performance, including optimized Shoe Track Drilling. Shell’s performance management efforts have led to consistent results and reduced variability, with a projected savings of $5 million annually.
